Catch-all Emails in Hosting
If you host a domain on our cloud platform and you have a hosting account, you’ll be able to enable the catch-all feature for any email mailbox that you set up under the domain. The Email Manager section of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel offers quite a few functions, but it’s remarkably user-friendly, so setting up a catch-all mailbox requires just a single click. All the email addresses that you’ve created will be enumerated in this section in alphabetical order and you’ll just have to click the "Catch-all" button pertaining to the concrete email address. Our system will inform you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox activated for that domain name or if the one that you would like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either deactivate the latter feature or select another mailbox. Deactivating the catch-all feature is just as simple and requires yet another mouse click on the exact same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
A catch-all address can be configured with several clicks in case you have a Linux semi-dedicated package with our company. The hosting account will be managed via our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel and you will be able to set up mailboxes with any domain hosted here. To enable the catch-all option for a certain mailbox, you will have to click the button with the same name, which will be on the right side of each email address. Disabling the feature can be done in the same fashion and will not take more than a click either. In case the catch-all feature has already been activated for a given domain name, you’ll get a warning text message. The same is valid if the mailbox that you’d like to be a catch-all one has email forwarding activated, as our system will never deactivate or alter any feature automatically.
